Mediation and Arbitration
I focus on conflict resolution strategies that empower and engage participants. Trained in the INACCORD methods of mediation and arbitration, customize the process to honor the feelings and willingness of each party to reach a resolution.
Mediation includes multiple surveys that ensure parties understand each stage before moving to the next. Arbitration is a more formal process used to reach an agreement without having to go to court.
Certifications earned through Ohio University in partnership with the Mediators Without Borders and Arbitrators Without Borders organizations.
