She is certified in mediation and arbitration, providing better alternatives for dispute resolution.

Specializing in human resources, I offer support with recruiting and retention, staffing projections, cohesive team development, and employee well being initiatives.

Mediation and Arbitration:
I focus on conflict resolution strategies that empower and engage participants. Trained in the INACCORD methods of mediation and arbitration, customize the process to honor the feelings and willingness of each party to reach a resolution.
Mediation includes multiple surveys that ensure parties understand each stage before moving to the next. Arbitration is a more formal process used to reach an agreement instead of an expensive and long court process.
